J. G. Durand Pair Of Florence Satine Crystal Candlesticks

This beautiful set of two lead crystal candle holders have been given a satin frosted texture and have been shaped to resemble flower petals. They were made by Verrerie Cristallerie d'Arques factory in France, which was run by the J.D. Durand et cie company.

The company dates back to the early 1800s and has had a variety of names in its time including Verrerie Cristallerie d’Arques and G. Durand et cie, but is now called Arc Holdings. They are well known internationally for producing the Cristal d'Arques brand.

These candle holders were sold under the name 'Cristal J.G. Durand' which was a brand name used by the company in from the early 1980s to the late 1990s.
